About

The International Center for Law and Religion Studies’ Blog offers an online space for conversations on critical issues on religion, law, ethics, and world affairs written by academics, lawyers, and religious leaders. This non-partisan platform aims to promote religious freedom for everyone, stimulate academic discussions, and explore practices of regulating religion on national and international levels.

Co-editors of the blog are Dmytro Vovk, Director of the Center for Rule of Law and Religion Studies, Yaroslav the Wise National Law University, Ukraine, and Jane Wise, Associate Director of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies, with input from blog originator Donlu Thayer, Senior Fellow of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies.

This Center’s mission is to “help secure the blessings of religious liberty for all,” through scholarship, networking, educational activities, and law reform efforts.
