Dr. David Kenny is an Assistant Professor of Law at Trinity College Dublin, teaching and researching Irish and comparative constitutional law. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Harvard Law School and is an alumnus of the US State Department’s Fulbright Programme. Recent publications include articles in the International Journal of Constitutional Law (ICON) and the American Journal of Comparative Law, and the 5th edition of the leading treatise on Irish constitutional law, Kelly: the Irish Constitution (Bloomsbury, 2018).
