M. Mohsin Alam Bhat is a law professor at Jindal Global Law School in Sonipat, Haryana, India. He studied at Yale University and received a JSD and an LLM. His essays have appeared in publications including the Indian Express, The Caravan, scroll.in, and The Wire.
