Elena López Ruf is a lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). She teaches philosophy of law at UCA and “Religion and the Global World” at Austral University. She has worked in faith-based organizations, UNDP Argentina, and government entities. López Ruf is a member of the International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies (ICLARS) and the Latin American Consortium for Religious Freedom (CLLR), among other organizations. She is a 2019 alum of the ICLRS Young Scholars Fellowship on Religion and the Rule of Law.
