Matteo Corsalini is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Siena, Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Sciences. His primary interests involve international human rights law, freedom of religion or belief, and corporate law. He is the author of the forthcoming book Business, Religion and the Law. Church and Business Autonomy in the Secular Economy (Routledge 2023) and the essay “Religious Freedom, Inc: Business, Religion and the Law in the Secular Economy,” published in the Oxford Journal of Law and Religion (2020). Corsalini received his PhD from the University of Siena (2021) and was a pre-doctoral student at Leicester Law School (UK). From 2018 to 2021, he was also affiliated with the Fondazione Bruno Kessler Center for Religious Studies (Trento). He received his bachelor’s degree and LLM from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia–Law Department (2017).
